About me
I'm 33 years old and based in The Netherlands.
Back in May 2017, I had a scooter accident that left me with a concussion and whiplash.
For years, I felt torn between "I can’t let this concussion take over my life" and "I need to listen to my body and rest."
I searched endlessly for answers and the right help, but regular doctors couldn’t explain my symptoms or offer the support I needed. I felt misunderstood, alone, and stuck.
After a long road of trial and error, I'm finally feeling like myself again—about 90%. But it took me years of Googling, trying different treatments, and figuring things out on my own.
And that’s exactly what I don’t want for others.
My mission is to help you:
